1 This is an appeal from an order granting the Department of Corrections motion to quash or dismiss Chris Jacobss petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The trial court explained that it was dismissing the petition because it was not verified, and because Jacobs was in prison pursuant to a final judgment of a court. We agree that Jacobss petition was not verified. We therefore affirm.
